My 12 Days of Christmas
In an effort to hold onto some of the true spirit of Christmas amidst its seemingly unstoppable commercial juggernaut, I set myself a challenge. I would share a daily reflection throughout the 12 Days of Christmas 2025/26, in the form of a post on my Instagram account. Each post would touch on what the season means to me, as well as going into deeper thoughts on winter, wellbeing and my own values. It proved to be a deeply cathartic and valuable experience, and I’m delighted to bring them together here in one place.
