Rates

Bespoke (Driver Guided) Tours start at £450, with any additional extras agreed ahead of booking. Low Carbon Tours are £200 per tour.
Multi Day Tours will be discussed on request and quotes provided.
Public Walking Tours and Events are individually priced on Eventbrite.

Additional Charges

Guests pay own entry into any charging places of interest on agreed itinerary, unless otherwise stated on agreed itinerary. Where possible, this will be added to upfront invoice.

Guests to cover expenditure on own lunch and refreshments during day tours. Paying for guides lunch is entirely optional.
I reserve the right to add Admin Fees for extra preparation or research time requested by clients time ahead of tours.

Payment

Payment to be made in full at time of booking, with deposits negotiable depending on time until date of tour.
Any out of pocket expenses not covered by tour fee will be due to TVB Tours in advance.
Payment can be made securely online, using link in invoice provided. In the event of online booking not being available or appropriate, an invoice with bank transfer details will be provided.

Cancellation

If client cancels tour more than seven days before tour start date, they will be refunded less any pre agreed out of pocket expenses, where applicable.
If client cancels tour within seven days of tour start date, payment will be required in full. If the guest rebooks trip and still requires a tour, every effort will be made to honour this if possible.
In the event of TVB Tours needing to cancel a tour due to exceptional circumstances a full refund will be issued. Please note we will always look for every alterative to cancelling a tour.
For public, walking tours no refunds are available if client cancels within 5 days of the event, though we will endeavour to place you on a future date. In the event of TVB Tours cancelling an event due to unsafe conditions, a refund will be given. Please note we will always look for every alterative to cancelling a tour.

Gift Vouchers

Payment to be received in full before Gift Vouchers are delivered.
There are no expiry dates on Gift Vouchers.
All Terms and Conditions relating to Additional Charges are still applicable on tours booked using vouchers.
Maximum of 4 people for each tour booked using vouchers, with the exception of walking tours where up to 10 people can be accommodated.
